Current process: NAECI grade is recorded through the manager input at the starter form and then populated to the rate table Issue: duplicate data Action: Make it mandatory to add the NAECI grade in the vacancy form. from there it needs to get populated to the offer letter. ** check if there can be any changes to the grades after skill test or after reviewing qualifications ** finally generate the rates according to the grade and populate the rate table for HR/Payroll
