NAECI grade is recorded through the manager input at the starter form and then populated to the rate table

Make it mandatory to add the NAECI grade in the vacancy form. from there it needs to get populated to the offer letter. ** check if there can be any changes to the grades after skill test or after reviewing qualifications ** finally generate the rates according to the grade and populate the rate table for HR/Payroll
